蛋氨酸螯合铬对大鼠毒性及理化指标的影响

摘    要:以大鼠为试验对象,设计了两个试验观察蛋氨酸螯合铬对大鼠毒性及理化指标的影响,(1)蛋氨酸螯合铬的急性毒性试验,选择SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,对照组正常饲喂,试验I组、Ⅱ组分别按6g·kg^-1BW、12g·kg^-1BW(以铬计算)进行灌胃。急性毒性试验表明,灌胃的最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于12g·kg^-1BW,根据WHO对化学物质的急性毒性分级标准(LD505g·kg^-1BW)实际属于无毒。(2)饲养试验,选择SD大鼠60只,随机分为3组,对照组正常饲喂,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别在饲料中添加300μg·kg^-1400μg·kg^-1氨酸螯合铬(以铬计算)。饲养试验表明,试验中试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组大鼠的平均末重和平均增重相比差异显著(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组大鼠的平均体脂湿重和体脂/终体重相比差异显著(P〈0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组大鼠的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。可以看出蛋氨酸螯合铬制剂可以促进动物生长,对GLU、T-CHO和TG均有一定的调节作用,能够预防体脂增加。

Abstract:The study used rats as experiment animal,and designed two experiments to observe the effect of chromium-methionine chelated on toxicity and physical and chemical indexes in rats.( 1 ) The SD 30 rats were selected randomly and divided into the three groups in chromium-methionine chelated acute toxicity experiment. Control group fed a normal diet, test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were in chromium by intragastric administration, respectively 6 g·kg^-1 BW, 12g·kg^-1 BW. Acute toxicity tests showed that the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of intragastric administration was more than 12 g·kg^-1 BW which was actually belong to non-toxic., according to grading standards (LD505 g·kg^-1BW) of WHO acute toxicity of chemical substances. (2) Feeding trial:60 SD rats were selected , and they were randomly divided into 3 groups.Control groups were normally fed , experimental group Ⅰ ,experimental group Ⅱ were added 300 g·kg^-1, 400 g·kg^-1 chromium-methionine chelate in the feed (in chromium level). Feeding tests showed that there is significant difference in the average final weight and average gain weight by test Ⅰ , Ⅱ group and the control rats (P 〈0.05); The average wet weight of body fat and body fat / body weight of test Ⅰ , Ⅱ group and the control rats compared has significant difference (P 〈0.05); Blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride of Experiment Ⅰ , Ⅱ group and control group rats, were compared with significant difference (P 〈0.05 ). As can be seen from this paper , chromium-methionine chelated agents can promote the growth of animals, and there is a certain regulatory role to the GLU, T-CHO and TG, which can prevent body fat increases.
