~(60)Co-γ射线辐照处理后大豆M_2农艺性状相关分析

摘    要:利用 15 0Gy60Co -γ射线对 10个大豆品种(系)的干种子进行辐照处理,通过对M2代主要农艺性状的变异系数、相关系数等遗传参数的研究,结果表明:(1)百粒重与茎粗、主茎分枝数、荚长、荚宽均呈极显著正相关,与主茎节数和单株粒数呈极显著负相关。单株荚数与茎粗、主茎节数、主茎分枝数呈极显著正相关,与结荚高度、荚长呈极显著负相关。单株粒数与茎粗、主茎节数、主茎分枝数、单株荚数呈极显著正相关,与结荚高度呈显著负相关。(2)M2 代变异系数的顺序依次是结荚高度、株高、节数、分枝始节、分枝数、百粒重、单株荚数等。

Abstract:M 2 generation of 10 varieties(lines) which were radiated by 60 Co -γ ray,were studied on agronomic and yield character. The result showed that 1) 100-grain weight was significantly positive correlation with stem width,mumber of branch,pod length,pod width and was significantly ntgative correlation with node number and grain nmber per plant.Plant height was significantly positive correlation whth stem width,height of first pod,plant height initial node of branch and pod length. 2) The rank of variance coefficient of M 2 generation was height of first pod,plant height,number of node,plant height initial node of branch,number of branch,100-grain weight,pod number of plant in number sequence.
