| 摘 要： | 对野生榆干侧耳的人工驯化栽培进行了初步研究．结果表明母种培养基以马铃薯综合培养基为最好，原种培养基以玉米粒为最好，子实体人工栽培培养料以木屑、麦麸、蔗糖、石膏按一定比例配方为宜。

| Abstract: | The artificial domesticating of wild pleuratus ulmarius was determinged.The result showed that the optimal mother medium is PDA integration medium,the optimal medium of stock spawn is corn medium.The optimal medium of fruitbyody is sawdust,bran,sucrose,gypsum with suitable proportion. |
