| 摘 要： | 以核果类果树(桃、李、杏、扁桃)的叶片和皮层为材料,用两种经过改进的提取方法对其总RNA进行提取,结果均可得到纯度高、完整性好的总RNA,其中以一步法具有更加简单、快速、经济的特点.

| Abstract: | Leaves and cortex from stone fruits(peach,plum,apricot,almond) were used as material.RNA isolation methods suitable for stone fruits were screened out by modified SDS-method.RNAs of high purity and good integrity were obtained by the two modified methods,of which the one-step method was characterized with simplicity,swiftness and money-saving. |
