毛竹黑叶蜂防治试验

摘    要:为了有效地控制毛竹黑叶蜂的为害,选用20%杀灭菊酯、2.5%天王星,25%灭扫利以及苏云金杆菌、白僵菌等几种药剂稀释成不同浓度,采用正交拉丁方设计对毛竹黑叶蜂进行化学、微生物防治试验,并对试验数据进行方差分析.室内外试验结果表明,所选用的几种药剂种类、药剂浓度对毛竹黑叶蜂防治效果均有极显著影响.20%杀灭菊酯3000~6000倍液、2.5%天王星1000~2000倍液、苏云金杆菌1亿个孢子/ML、白僵菌10亿个孢子/ML防效较佳.农药、微生物杀虫剂对比试验中,农药防效优于微生物杀虫剂,但后者次年林间害虫自然发病率高于前者,林间天敌种类和数量较多.

Abstract:Different pesticides such as 20% Mie Ju ester 、2 5% Tian Wang Xing、25% Mie shao Li、Bacillus thuringiensis Beauveria bassiana with different density are chosen to decrease the damage cauesd by Eutomoste thus nignitus in Moso bamboo forest The above experiment are designed by Latin orthogonalization and the results are analysed by variance.The indoor and outdoor experiments indicate that the effects of the chosen pesticides and their density are all distinguished,but the effects of 3000~6000 times of 20% Mie Ju ester,1000~2000 times of 2 5%Tian Wang Xing 100 million spores per milliliitre of Beaureria bassiana are much better.The effects of pesticides is better than the one of microorganism pesticides in the contrast experiment ,but in the lignt of the natural incidence of the pest in the forest of the following year,the latter is higher than the former,and the type and number of its natural enemies are even largen
