应用超高压水射流切割木材的研究

摘    要:采用超高压水射流切割木材,分析研究切割速度、切割压力、切割厚度等因素对切割木材表面质量的影响.结果表明,切割速度是切割木材表面质量的第一位影响因子,切割厚度达到25 mm以上,提高切割压力对切割表面质量的改善不明显.

Abstract:Adopting high-pressure water-jet cutting timber,the effect of the cutting speed,cutting pressure,cutting thickness on the wood surface quality was analyzed.The results showed that the cutting speed is the first influence factor of the wood surface quality,when cutting thickness achieves above 25mm,the quality improvement of cutting surface is not obvious by increasing cutting pressure.
