| 摘 要： | 草原退化已成为制约草原牧区农牧民群众生产发展和生活水平提高的重要因素,落实和完善草原产权、使用权和承包责任制,加大草原保护和建设力度,推广先进的饲养生产方式、建设高效益家庭牧场,是短时间内恢复和改善草原生态环境的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Grassland deterioration has be come an important fact of restricting production development and increas-ing of living standard of peasants and herdsman in pastoral area of grassland.Ascertaining and completing owner-ship,utilization and system of contracted responsibility,strength prairie protection and construction capability,extending advanced raising production manner,construction high effective household pasture are important measure-ments for restoring and improve eco-environment of grassland in a short time. |
