安康野桑蚕遗传多样性分析

摘    要:为了解安康不同区域野桑蚕的遗传多样性和对野桑蚕资源有效利用提供依据,采用SSR标记方法并利用DPS v7.05版统计软件,对安康12个不同区域的20个野桑蚕遗传距离进行聚类和多态性分折。结果表明,27对SSR引物扩增出635条带,多态率达81.1%;同一地区野桑蚕个体间的遗传距离为0.073 2~0.517 2,其中ak1与ak2遗传距离最近。SSR标记能够反映野桑蚕之间丰富的多态性,安康野桑蚕之间的遗传距离较大。

Abstract:In order to understand genetic diversity of wild silkworm(Bombyx mandarina) in different areas of Ankang and to use efficiently.SSR markers and DPS7.05 software were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 20 wild silkworms in 12 different areas of Ankang.635 bands were amplified with 27 SSR makers,the genetic distance of the wild silkworm in same areas was 0.073 2 to 0.517 2,the nearest genetic distance was detected between ak1 and ak2.SSR makers can reflect abundant genetic diversity of wild silworm,the ...
