银叶病对西葫芦叶片生理生化物质及挥发性物质的影响

摘    要:研究西葫芦银叶病对西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.)植株叶片生理生化物质和挥发性物质的影响。以硕丰早玉西葫芦杂交种为材料,烟粉虱诱导西葫芦银叶病,测定叶片生理生化物质及挥发性物质。结果表明,烟粉虱诱导的发病叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量降低,游离氨基酸含量高于对照,脯氨酸含量增加。所检测到的挥发性物质主要成分由醇类、酯类、烃类、杂环类及少量的其他物质组成,健康叶片共检测到18种物质,发病叶片检测到24种,两者共有物质9种,西葫芦发生银叶病后,叶片合成挥发性物质种类增多,各成分所占比例发生了变化,但数量减少。西葫芦银叶病引起叶片生理代谢紊乱,叶片挥发性物质变化。

Abstract:Using one summer squash hybrid cultivar,Shuofeng zaoyu,as material and the silverleaf symptom induced by silverleaf whitefly(SLM),physiological,biochemical and volatile components in the healthy and silvered leaves of summer squash(Cucurbita pepo L.) were studied.The results showed that the content of the soluble protein and the soluble sugar in the silvered leaves induced by SLW was lower than the content in the healthy leaves.The content of the free amino acid and free proline in the silvered leaves was h...
