银叶病对西葫芦叶片生理生化物质及挥发性物质的影响

研究西葫芦银叶病对西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.)植株叶片生理生化物质和挥发性物质的影响。以硕丰早玉西葫芦杂交种为材料,烟粉虱诱导西葫芦银叶病,测定叶片生理生化物质及挥发性物质。结果表明,烟粉虱诱导的发病叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量降低,游离氨基酸含量高于对照,脯氨酸含量增加。所检测到的挥发性物质主要成分由醇类、酯类、烃类、杂环类及少量的其他物质组成,健康叶片共检测到18种物质,发病叶片检测到24种,两者共有物质9种,西葫芦发生银叶病后,叶片合成挥发性物质种类增多,各成分所占比例发生了变化,但数量减少。西葫芦银叶病引起叶片生理代谢紊乱,叶片挥发性物质变化。

Effect of Squash Silverleaf on Physiological, Biochemical and Volatile Components in Summer Squash Leaves
