| 摘 要： | 对一个包括31个株系的西葫芦胚囊植株DH群体进行考察,初步分析其几个主要农艺性状的分离变异情况,并与同来源的F2群体进行比较,以了解其在西葫芦性状遗传分析及优异自交系选育上的应用价值。结果显示,所考察的西葫芦DH群体在第一雌花节位、雌花节率、始花期、始收期、果形指数、果肉厚、果柄长及单果质量等数量性状上的分离变异情况与F2基本一致;在果实颜色、叶片形状、分枝习性等质量性状上的分离经卡方检验,只有叶片形状基本符合1∶1的分离比,其余两个性状的分离均出现了超亲类型;该DH群体中5个株系两个自交世代R1、R2的相关性状表现出较好的遗传稳定性。
