辣椒胞质雄性不育基因的分子标记

摘    要:利用近等基因系原理和RAPD标记技术对辣椒胞质雄性不育基因组DNA及其保持系基因组DNA进行了比较分析,通过200条随机引物的RAPD扩增,获得了与不育基因连锁的RAPD标记BH19-S900。测序结果表明,不育标记BH19-S900序列全长864 bp。根据RAPD标记序列分别设计并合成双引物,将与不育基因连锁的标记BH19-S900转化为更为简单、稳定的SCAR标记SS730。

Abstract:In this paper,the cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) genome and its maintainer genome were compared by RAPD and NILs(Near-isogenic lines) method with 200 random primers.One RAPD marker named BH19-S900 linked to CMS gene was found,the length was 864 bp.According to the sequences of BH19-S900,duplex primers were designed and synthesized.Finally,a SCAR marker SS730 had developed from RAPD markers BH19-S900 successfully.
