水分胁迫下不同基因型旱地冬小麦生理变化及其与抗旱性的关系

摘    要:为了解不同程度水分胁迫下,不同基因型旱地冬小麦生理和产量的变化及生理变化与抗旱性的关系,及其耐重度水分胁迫的能力和丰水条件下的丰产潜力,选用4个旱地冬小麦品种,在正常供水、中度胁迫和重度胁迫条件下进行盆栽试验。结果表明,水分胁迫下参试品种功能叶脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(SS)和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,Pro、MDA含量随着胁迫的加剧继续增加,而SS含量在中度胁迫下高于重度胁迫;水分胁迫下叶片SS含量增加幅度越大的品种抗旱性越强,Pro和MDA含量增加幅度越小的品种抗旱性越强;陇鉴101和长6878耐重度干旱的能力较好,不论在中度干旱还是严重干旱下都比较稳产,陇鉴386在中度干旱下表现稳产,但严重干旱下产量降幅大,陇鉴101与陇鉴386具有在水分条件较好时获得高产的丰产潜力,长6878在丰水条件下的丰产潜力较差。
