摘    要:为了提高茄子老化种子的活力,采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,研究GA、AsA、CaCl2、6-BA和PEG对人工老化种子活力及其酶活性的影响。结果表明,5种药剂对茄子人工老化种子的活力均有一定的促进作用,其中0.5 g/L GA在25℃下处理24 h的效果最佳,其活力指数较对照提高2.44倍(老化处理8 d)、2.70倍(老化处理14 d)和2.77倍(老化处理20 d),采用最佳组合药剂处理后茄子种子的SOD、POD、CAT和脱氢酶活性增强,种子浸出液相对电导率和MDA含量下降,从生理生化水平上说明种子活力提高的原因。SOD和CAT活性与种子活力指数的相关系数分别为0.982和0.968,可以做为衡量茄子种子活力的指标。

Abstract:In order to enhance the vigor of aged eggplant seeds,L9(34) orthogonal experiment was conducted and the artificial aging seeds were used as the materials,the effects of gibberellin(GA),ascorbic acid(AsA),CaCl2,6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA) and polyethyleneglycol(PEG) on seed vigor,enzyme activity,MDA content and relative electric conductivity were measured.The results were shown as follows:(i) all five chemical agents used had some positive effects on the seed vigor and enzyme activity;(ii) the best effect was ...
