滦平县农户资源循环利用影响因素分析

＂饲料青贮、养殖、沼气、沼液利用,四位一体＂资源循环利用模式,对于促进新农村建设具有重要现实意义。本文以滦平县2个行政村为研究对象,调查采用半结构访谈和问卷调查相结合的参与式研究方法,对影响与制约该模式应用的主导因素进行分析。结果表明,农户的经济收入高、户主文化程度高和环境意识强等对＂四位一体＂模式建设具有积极作用。因此,在推进＂四位一体＂资源循环利用模式过程中,必须建立起政府主导、公众广泛参与的组织体系,分类扶持的经济政策,以及政府必须在技术、政策方面提供保障措施。

Analysis on the impact of farmers' resources recycling factors in luanping county

＂Four-in-one＂ recycling resources pattern,which includes feedstuff storage,cultivation,methane and the utilization of the liquid of methane,has the important realistic signification for the promotion of new rural construction.Taking two administrative villages as the study object,this paper used the participatory research combining with semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire survey,and analyzed the impact of dominant factors in the pattern.The result indicated that the higher economic income of farmers,the higher culture and the stronger environmental awareness has a positive effect for the construction of ＂Four-in-one＂pattern.Therefore,in promoting the ＇four-in-one＇pattern,the technique service system with the main body as the social intermediary agent,must be established.The system must include government leadship,the organizational system with extensive public participation,classification of economic policies and the government must provide the safeguard measure in the aspect of technique and policy.
