| 摘 要： | 目的]研究牛心朴子生物碱对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法]取32只小鼠，按灌药剂量分为12、24、48H影kg．bw3个试验组和1个蒸馏水对照组（0．5ml／a），连续给药30d，分别观察牛心朴子生物碱对小鼠体重、脏器指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用及外周血T淋巴细胞数量的影响。结果]与对照组相比，饲喂3个浓度牛心朴子生物碱后小鼠体重及脏器指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬机能及外周血液中T淋巴细胞数量均有所降低。结论]在该试验条件下，一定浓度的牛心朴子生物碱对小鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用。
