大豆几个光合生理特性的研究

本实验就大豆光合速率的生育期变化、日变化、不同叶层的变化和呼吸夜变化进行了探讨。初步发现,大豆光合速率在整个生育期中发生规律性变化,呈双峰曲线,在盛花期和鼓粒期先后出现两个高峰。一日中大豆光合速率在上午11时左右和下午4时30分左右出现两个高峰,而且前峰比后峰高。大豆呼吸的夜变化呈单峰曲线,其高峰出现在午夜12时左右。大豆不同叶层光合速率存在着明显的差异,其变化规律是上层、中层、下层依次递减。

STUDING OF SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF PHOTOSYNTHETIC PHYSIOLOGY OF SOYBEAN

Changes of the photosynthetic rate of soybean during the growth period,inthe day and in different leaf layers as well as changes of respiration of soybeanin the night were studied in this experiment.It was found that the photosyntheticrate of soybean changed regularly during the growth period corresponding to atwo peak curve.The two peaks appeared in the flowering and seed filling periodsuccessively.In a day,the photosynthetic rate of soybean reached its first peakaround 11:00 AM,and then the second peak around 4:30 PM,and the first peakis higher than the second one.Changes of respiration of soybean in the nightcorresponded to a monopeak curve,the peak appeared around 12:00 at midnight,the photosynthetic rate in different leaf layers of soybean showed obviousdifference and decreased regularly from the upper leaf layer to the lower leaflayer.
