干旱对冬小麦萌发的影响

小麦萌发过程中，干旱胁迫使种胚和胚乳吸水量下降，胚于物质积累和胚乳干物质消耗减少，并使胚乳a-淀粉酶和蛋白水解酶活性降低，造成胚乳贮藏物质降解缓慢，不能满足胚根胚芽生长时对营养物质的需求．从而导致小麦萌发起始时间推迟，达到一定萌发率所用时间延长，萌发率下降，胚生长缓慢．

Effect of Drought Stress on Germination of Winter Wheat Cultivars

During wheat seed germination,contents of absorbing water and dry substance accumulation decreased in embryo,the contents of absorbing water declined, and the dry substance depletion was inhibited in endosperm under drought stress. At the game time,activities of a-analyse and protease were decreased and degradation of storing substance was reduced in endosperm under drought stress,these results of experiment can't satisfy the needs of nutrition substances for embryo growth. At a result,initating times of germination was postponed and rate of the germination was dropped and embryo grew slowly.
