农民专业合作社为中介的农村金融联结模式研究

农民专业合作社为中介的金融联结模式已经成为解决农户融资难的重要途径之一,该方式以农业产业链为轴线、农业供应链为纽带,将农业信贷资金供需主体有机联结起来,形成了完善的动力促进机制、业务运行机制以及履约担保机制,有效解决了农村信贷市场上农户的抵押品不足、借贷双方信息不对称的问题,同时还降低了交易成本及监督成本,提高了及时还款率,确保了农村信贷市场的可持续发展。为加快这种金融联结模式的快速发展,政府应加强对农民专业合作社的扶持,增强金融联结能力,着力解决农户对农村金融信贷资金的需求。

Research on Rural Financial Linkage Model Mediated by Specialized Farmers' Cooperatives

The rural financial linkage model mediated by specialized farmers’cooperatives has become an important way to solve farmers’financing difficulties,which takes agricultural industry chain as the axis,takes agricultural supply chain as the link,organically connects the main body of agricultural credit capital supply and demand.Meanwhile,perfect dynamic facilitation mechanism,operational mechanism and performance guarantee mechanism are formed.The rural financial linkage model not only effectively solves the problems of farmers’insufficient collateral,asymmetric information between debtor and creditor in rural credit market,but also reduces transaction costs and supervision costs,improves timely repayment rates,and ensures sustainable development of rural credit market.In order to accelerate development of financial linkage model,government should strengthen support for specialized farmers’cooperatives,strengthen financial linkage capacity,and strive to solve farmers'demand for rural financial credit funds.
