OT系列百合新品种引进鉴定与应用评价

针对近几年百合切花品种单一老化、抗逆抗病性差、种球国产化进展缓慢的现状,引进OT系列百合新品种进行栽培鉴定,对优选品种进行鳞片包埋和茎尖切片组培快繁技术研发,筛选出适于辽宁地区保护地栽培的百合新品种。结果表明,帝森、麦轮各项指标表现优良,为优良品种;瑞程、维德指标不明确,需要进一步鉴定。

Introduction Identification and Application Evaluation of New OT Series Lily Varieties

In view of the single aging varieties, poor resistance to disease and slow progress in the localization of bulbs on lily cut-flowers, new OT series lily varieties are introduced for cultivation and identification to research and develop rapid propagation technology of scale embedding and stem tip section tissue culture for the preferred varieties. New varieties of Tisen and Marin lily cut-flowers suitable for cultivation in protected areas in Liaoning area are selected for bulb propagation and expansion to realize the renovation and replacement of old varieties.
