提高牛人工授精覆盖面的试验研究

摘    要:目的,为了使远离牛冻配点区域的能翻母牛及时配种,发挥良种牛生产性能,提高养牛经济效益,增加农户收入。方法,通过离冻配点不同路程、不同发情时间及冻精解冻温度进行统计分析。结果,结果表明,对远离冻配点区域的能繁母牛,在发情结束后4-6小时,解冻温度为35-37C°,子宫角深部输精是完全可行的。

Abstract:Goel ,in order to keep the fertile cows away from the frezen cattle breeding site intime, give full play to the production performance of well-bred cattle,improve the economic efficency of cattle raising ,incresse farmers income.method,through different distances feom the freezing point,statiscal analysis was conducted for different estrus time and thawing temperature of frozen semen.result consequence,the resuits show that,for fecundity cows that are far from the freezing point,4 to 6 hours afer the rut ends,the thawing temperature is 35 to 36 degrees Ceisius,Deep uterine horn spermatogenesis is compieteiy feasibie.
