中华秋海棠繁殖方法研究

摘    要:以中华秋海棠为研究材料,分别采用自然播种、扦插、分株、珠芽繁殖等方法进行繁殖试验,其中种子繁殖做了种子催芽对比试验,旨在找出适宜的繁殖方法。试验结果表明:常温清水浸泡催芽后播种是中华秋海棠理想的繁殖方法,具有较高的发芽率,可以在生产中推广应用。扦插、分株、珠芽繁殖均有较高的成活率(95%~100%),差异不显著,繁殖效率较低。对比中华秋海棠原生地和引种地的形态表现,应加强中华秋海棠物种保护工作,加强中华秋海棠育种工作,加速中华秋海棠的园林绿化应用。

Abstract:Chinese begonia was used as the research material. Propagation experiments were carried out by means of natural sowing, cuttage, plant division, bulbil propagation and so on, among which the seed propagation was carried out by seed germination contrast experiment, in order to find out the suitable propagation methods. The results show that seeding Chinese begonia after soak and germination in normal temperature water is the ideal propagation method, which results in higher germination rate and can be widely used in production. The survival rate( 95%~100% ) is higher in cuttage, plant division, bulbil propagation, but the difference is not significant and the propagation rate is low. After comparing morphological characteristics between original and introduced areas of Chinese begonia, this paper proposes that the species protection, propagation and landscaping of Chinese begonia should be strengthened in the future.
