| 摘 要： | 阐述了新疆农科院农业知识产权保护工作的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了以植物品种权保护为重点、深化知识产权保护意识和完善激励机制,提高科技人员申报技能和维权能力,加强农业应用基础研究,储备具有自主知识产权的技术成果以及将农业知识产权管理融入科技管理的全过程,以提升科研管理水平等一系列对策建议。
