四个杏品种抗寒性的比较研究

摘    要:以‘优选一号’、‘新世纪’、‘兰州大接杏’、‘金太阳’4个杏品种为试材,研究了越冬枝条、花和幼果的抗寒性.通过相对电导率配合Logistic方程得出:4个品种杏树花的半致死温度在-4~-6℃之间,幼果的半致死温度在0~-2℃之间;对丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、SOD活性、超氧阴离子自由基产生速率等指标综合分析得知,4个品种杏树抗寒能力排序为:‘优选一号’‘兰州大接杏’‘新世纪’‘金太阳’.

Abstract:Four cultivars of Armeniaca vulgaris,'YouxuanⅠ','Xinshiji','Lanzhoudajiexing','Jintaiyang',were used in this study,and their physiological and biochemical indicators of winter branches, flowers and young fruits were studied. The Logistic equation was used to calculate the semi-lethal temperature (LT50) of flowers and young fruits. The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature of flowers and young fruits were from -4 ℃ to -6 ℃ and 0 ℃ to -2 ℃ respectively. The cold resistance of four apricot cultivars were obtained through comprehensive analysis of the MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content, SOD activity and superoxide anion production rate.The order of cold resistance of four apricot cultivars was 'YouxuanⅠ'>'Lanzhoudajiexing'> 'Xinshiji'>'Jintaiyang'.
