摘    要:以4年生枳砧‘纽荷尔’脐橙为供试材料,200 mg.L-1的亚硒酸钠为喷施浓度,在大田条件下设置幼果期(T1)、膨大期(T2)及幼果期和膨大期(T3)3种叶面喷硒处理。结果表明,T3处理果实总硒及有机硒含量均显著高于对照和其他处理,且有机硒主要为硒代胱氨酸(SeCys2)、占比达98.1%;T3处理显著提高了果实可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、葡萄糖及蔗糖含量,依次提高了20.3%、16.2%、13.6%和26.7%,且维生素C、总黄酮及总酚含量差异不显著。T3处理模式可作为赣南脐橙优质富硒栽培技术模式推广应用。

Abstract:Four years old Nehall navel orange was used as the experimental material, and 200 mg.L-1 sodium selenite was used as the spraying concentration. Three foliar selenium spraying treatments were set up under field conditions: young fruit stage (T1), expansion stage (T2), young fruit stage and expansion stage (T3).The results showed that the contents of total selenium and organic selenium in fruits of T3 treatment were significantly higher than those of control and other treatments, and the main organic selenium was SeCys2 (98.1%).T3 treatment significantly increased the contents of total soluble sugar glucose and sucrose in fruit soluble solids by 20.3%, 16.2%, 13.6% and 26.7%, respectively. There were no significant differences in the contents of vitamin C, total flavonoids and total phenols. T3 treatment model can be used as a high quality Se-rich cultivation technology model of navel orange in southern Jiangxi
