基于耕深影响的灭茬深松前置式联合整地机单一作业油耗估算模型

摘    要:为研究耕深对油耗的影响,利用CYB-809A拖拉机及农具性能综合测试仪,实测不同耕深在灭茬深松前置式联合整地机单一作业下的油耗;分析耕深与油耗曲线关系,并对曲线关系变量进行方差分析,确定有效变量,从而拟合出单一作业下变量和油耗的回归方程;构建单一作业下油耗估算模型;并对估算模型进行相对误差分析和第三方精度验证。结果表明,不同耕深条件下单一深松作业、单一旋耕作业和单一灭茬下对工况复杂的整地作业而言,决定系数分别为0.934 6、0.944 6和0.939 6,说明各回归方程拟合良好,回归方程可作为估算模型;估算模型相对误差分别达到2.31%~4.39%、3.60%~7.48%和2.01%~4.95%,说明由估算模型预测出的油耗值是可信的。估算模型的构建对于丰富联合整地机油耗测试方法、预测生产前所需油耗以及合理制定油料储备计划具有一定指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence tiller depth on fuel consumption, fuel consumption with single working part for front-stubble-breaking and front-subsoil combined cultivating machine was observed by CYB-809A type flexibility tester for traction and agriculture machine under the condition of different working unit speeds and different tiller depth. The fuel consumption curve relationship between different working unit speeds and different tiller depth and variance analysis of valid items were conducted and confirmed. The fuel consumption regression equations with different single working part was generated between and traction power and working unit speeds whose relative error was estimated and was tested by the third party. The results showed that the coefficients of determination were 0.934 6,0.944 6 and 0.939 6 respectively response to single sub-soiling part, single rotary tiller part and single stubble part with different working unit speeds and different tiller depth, which showed the fitting results of the fuel consumption regression equations were better whose relative error were 2.31%-4.39%,3.60%-7.48% and 2.01%-4.95% respectively and prediction models were able to estimate the value of fuel consumption and traction power, which is benefit to predict the fuel consumption and to reasonably draw up fuel plan.
