吡虫啉对枸杞土壤微生物群落功能多样性的影响

摘    要:采用Biolog方法研究吡虫啉对枸杞土壤微生物群落功能多样性的影响。结果表明,吡虫啉3 000倍稀释液在施用后1d对土壤微生物群落功能多样性影响显著;在施用后3d对土壤微生物群落功能多样性的影响仍然十分明显,施用后5d开始减弱;即使极低浓度30 000倍稀释液的吡虫啉对枸杞土壤微生物群落多样性仍然会产生影响。施用吡虫啉后不同时间对枸杞土壤微生物群落功能多样性的影响大小为:施用后第1天第3天第5天第7天。施用吡虫啉后物种数量呈现增加趋势,个体数减少,Simpson指数无变化,Shannon指数、均匀度和Brillouin降低,未施药土壤和30 000倍稀释液处理的土壤McIntosh指数相同,3 000倍稀释液处理的McIntosh指数较低。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted using Biolog technique.After 1 day of applying 3 000 times imidacloprid diluent, soil microbial community functional diversity was affected significantly; after 3 days of application, the impact on the function of soil microbial community diversity was still evident, but the influence became weaken after 5 days.Even in very lower concentration, 30 000 times diluent, imidacloprid still had an impact on soil microbial community diversity of Lycium barbarun.The influence of time after applying imidacloprid on the soil microbial community functional diversity of Lycium barbarum was 1 d>3 d>5 d>7 d.Imidacloprid had a great influence on the soil microbial community functional diversity index of Lycium barbarum, for example, species showed a trend of increase, the individual number decreased, Simpson index did not change, Shannon index, evenness and Brillouin index reduced.McIntosh index was lower in the treatment of 3 000 times imidacloprid diluent, but McIntosh index was similar between 30 000 times treatment of imidacloprid diluent and blank control soil.
