不同产区枸杞品质比较研究

摘    要:以宁夏惠北、园林场、舟塔3个产区的‘宁杞一号’枸杞为试材,对3个产区枸杞品质进行分析。结果表明,惠北、园林场和舟塔3个产区枸杞的可溶性固形物质量分数、总糖质量浓度、可滴定酸质量浓度、维生素C质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、总黄酮质量分数和总酚质量分数都存在极显著差异。枸杞中可溶性固形物质量分数、可溶性蛋白质质量分数和总黄酮质量分数以舟塔的最高,分别为19.91%、1.23g/kg和1.09g/kg;可滴定酸质量浓度、维生素C质量分数、总酚质量分数以惠北的最高,分别为5.49g/L、0.29g/kg和3.29g/kg。园林场枸杞的可溶性固形物质量分数、可滴定酸质量浓度、维生素C质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数和总黄酮质量分数均低于惠北和舟塔,但总糖质量浓度高于另外两个产区,为68.50g/L。由此可见同一品种枸杞在不同产地其品质存在明显差异,舟塔产区枸杞品质相对较好。

Abstract:With the Lycium barbarum L. from three growing districts in Huibei,Zhouta and Horticultural farm as materials, the experiment was conducted to study the quality of Lycium barbarum L. in the three growing districts. The results showed that it had significant difference in contents of soluble solid, total sugar, titratable acid, vitamin C, soluble protein, total flavonoids and total phenol of the wolfberry in Huibei, Zhouta and Horticultural farm.Contents of soluble solid, soluble protein and total flavonoids in the wolfberry from the Zhouta were the highest, and it reached 19.91%, 1.23 g/kg and 1.09 g/kg,respectively; the content of titratable acid, vitamin C and total hydroxybenzene from Huibei was the highest, and reached 5.49 g/L, 0.29 g/kg and 3.29g/kg,respectively. The contents of soluble solid, titrable acid, vitamin C, soluble protein and the total flavonoid of the wolfberry in Horticultural farm was lower than that in Huibei and Zhouta, but only the total sugar mass concentration which reached 68.50 g/L was higher than that from the other two regions. The results showed that significant difference existed in the quality of same species of wolfberry from different regions. Generally, Quality of Chinese wolfberry from Zhouta was relatively good.
