摘    要:为研究辣椒雄性不育机制,本试验利用石蜡切片法对辣椒雄性不育系8A和保持系8B的小孢子不同发育时期进行细胞形态学观察。结果表明,不育系8A小孢子发生在四分体时期,花蕾外部形态为花冠与花萼齐平,败育原因是绒毡层细胞径向异常膨大并高度液泡化,挤压形成不规则四分体,皱缩凹陷,有的小孢子四分体还出现粘连现象,不能产生正常小孢子。

Abstract:The sterile line 8A and maintain line 8B were chosen as experimental material to study the mechanism of male sterility in Capsicum annuum, paraffin section method was used to observe the microspore development of sterile line 8A and maintain line 8B in aspect of cytomorphology at different stages.. The results showed that microspore of male sterile line 8A occurred at the stage of tetrad, the corolla was flush with calyx in buds; the reason for abortion is that the radical direction of tapetum cell expanded abnormally and formed big vacuolem,so irregular tetrad caused by squeezing, some tetrads were adhered each other, and could not produce normal microspores.
