| 摘 要： | 选择临床健康、体重相近的新西兰兔20只,公母各半,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组10只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加1%中药复合剂.试验期30天(d),并于试验初和试验末采血,测定血脂浓度.结果表明:试验组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度分别降低8.51%、11.58%、7.41%(P＜0.05),高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)增加6.02%(P＜0.05).结论:在兔日粮中添加中药复合剂,可显著降低其血脂浓度.

| Abstract: | 40 New Zealand rabbits with weight close, clinical healthy, were divided into control group and treatment group at random,10 for each.. Control group feed basal diet, treatment group add 1%chinese medicine complex among basal diet. Test for 30 days. The test finished, ear veins collect blood for measurement of serum lipids. The results were as follows: compared with control group, the serum TC,TG and LDL-C concentration significantly reduced 8.51%(P<0.05),11.58%(P<0.05)and 7.41%(P<0.05),respectively, and increased HDL-C by 6.02%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine complex could effectively decrease the serum lipids of rabbits. |
