摘    要:[目的]探讨干旱胁迫对冬小麦发育的影响。[方法]以"农大8539"为试材,在小麦的生育前期、中期、后期分别设置3个水分梯度,控制降水,称重法计算供水量,测量了小麦叶片的渗透势、蛋白质和核酸含量。[结果]在土壤湿度较低的情况下,随土壤水分的递增,小麦叶片细胞渗透势明显增加;在土壤湿度较高的情况下,叶片细胞渗透势随土壤水势的变化而变化的幅度很小。返青-拔节和孕穗-开花,开花-孕穗期叶片核酸总含量随干旱程度加剧而下降的趋势不是十分明显,叶片蛋白质含量下降明显。[结论]随干旱程度的加重,冬小麦叶片内蛋白质含量对水分胁迫反应敏感,而核酸含量反应迟纯。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to explore the influence of drought stress on growth of winter wheat under drought stress.[Method] With Nongda 8539 as tested material,3 water series were designed the prophase,metaphase and anaphase of wheat growth.The precipitation was controlled and the quantity of water supply was estimated by weight.The content of protein,nuclear and osmotic energy in wheat leaves were measured.[Result] Under low soil moisture,the cell osmotic energy of wheat leaf was significantly increased with the increment of soil moisture.Under high soil moisture,the cell osmotic energy of wheat leaf was little increased with the increment of soil moisture.The degressive trend of total nuclear content in leaf with the drought aggravation was not very obvious in turning green-jointing stage,jointing stage-flowering stage,flowering stage-booting stage,but the content of protein in leaf was decreased greatly.[Conclusion] With the drought aggravation,the content of protein in leaf of winter wheat was sensitive to water stress and the content of unclear was insensitive to water stress in winter wheat.
