| 摘 要： | 在一定光照条件下。对弱光敏感型的黄瓜自交系Ｑ１２和耐弱光能力强的Ｑ２０进行了净光合速率、叶绿素含量变化、幼苗叶片膜系统稳定性及几种主要酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明，弱光处理后，两种黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量均为降低，净光合速率和光饱和点下降。但是耐弱光自交系Ｑ２０下降较少，膜脂过氧化程度较轻，ＰＯＤ活力增强较多，ＣＡＴ活力也发生明显变化。

Effect of Low Light on Photosynthesis and Membrane-lipid Peroxidation ofCucumis sativus Seedling |

| Abstract: | A study was carried out on the effect of low light on photosynthesis and membrane lipid peroxidation of 2 kinds of Cucumis sativus seedings.The results showed that the cholophyll content in leaves of both the 2 kinds of Cucumis sativus seedlings decreased,and the photosynthetic rate decreased,too.MDA,the main product of membrane lipid peroxidation,increased after being treated with low light.The peroxidase (POD) activity increased and its isoenzyme pattern changed after being teated,the POD isoenzyme bands increased.After treatment,the activity of catalase (CAT) changed significantly ,too. |
