| 摘 要： | 概述了林业科研单位科技档案的特点和构成,结合几年来的工作实践,探讨了林业科技档案规范管理中应强化宣传意识和服务意识、规范管理制度、加强标准化建设及提高档案管理者综合素质4方面工作,提出了构建林业科技档案信息管理平台、开展编研工作、完善信息反馈机制以有效提高林业科技档案利用率的3个基本措施.
