摘    要:进行4种蚕业生产常用含氯消毒剂的有效性、稳定性和腐蚀性比较试验。结果表明,在有效性方面,有机氯制剂优氯净、强氯精对苏芸金杆菌和曲霉菌的杀灭活力强于无机氯制剂漂白粉精和次氯酸钠,而漂白粉精和次氯酸钠对家蚕核型多角体病毒的杀灭能力强于强氯精和次氯酸钠,4种消毒剂对家蚕微粒子孢子的杀灭活力则比较一致;在稳定性方面,粉状状态下优氯净和强氯精的稳定性比漂白粉精好,溶液状态下漂白粉精比优氯净和强氯精稳定,次氯酸钠的稳定性最差;在腐蚀性方面,强氯精的腐蚀性最强,漂白粉精腐蚀性最弱,表现为有机氯制剂腐蚀性强于无机氯制剂。

Abstract:Four antiseptics containing chlorine were experimented to compare the validity,stability and corrosirity.The results showed that sodium dichloroisocynuric acid and trichloroisocyanuric acid were bettter than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite in killing Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner and Aspergillus,but the disinfection effect of bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite on nuclear polyhedrosis virus(NPV)were higher tham that of sodium dichloroisocynuric acid and trichloroisocyanuric acid,and all of them could kill nosema spore similarly.The stability of sodium dichloroisocynuric acid and trichloroisocyanuric acid in powder were higher than that of bleaching powder,but their stability was lower than that of bleaching powder in solutions.The stability of sodium hypochlorite was the lowest.The corrosivity was the strongest for trichloroisocyanuric acid powder and the weakest for bleaching powder.
