玉米体细胞胚胎功能基因转化研究

摘    要:22A基因属于TCB1家族,编码GTPase激活因子,与体细胞胚胎的发生密切相关,且只在发育的胚中特异性表达。本研究从玉米体胚中克隆Zm22A基因,并对玉米自交系Y423进行遗传转化。结果表明,以玉米自交系Y423体细胞胚胎为受体,利用Zm22A基因的干扰载体侵染,获得阳性苗。

Abstract:22A gene belongs to TCB1 family, coding GTPase activating factor, is closely related to the somatic embryogenesis, and only specific expression in the development of the embryo. Zm22A gene was cloned from the maize somatic embryos, and transferred into maize inbred Y423 by genetic transformation in this study. The results showed that, Somatic Embryos of maize inbred Y423 were trated as explants, the positive plants were obtained that infected by interference vector of Zm22A.
