| Abstract: | Environment problem has become the common attention problem in the world.After the forest development in past several decade years,it indicates that adjusting forest cutting quota,strengthening forest resource protection,devel- oping new non-forest substitute industry and establishing new economy increasing pattern axe the necessary tendency for the society development in forest area. |
