大量资源种子加热超干燥的效应研究

摘    要:以笋玉米、豇豆、萝卜、油菜等4种蔬菜的大量种子(10kg)为材料,经50℃加热超干燥后,先后都可以达到适宜的超干燥含水量。超干处理后种子活力指数等的比较测定显示:除豇豆种子超干应控制在2~4d外,其余种子对高温和低水分都有较强的承受力。适度超干后种子活力与对照相似甚至比对照高,未出现受伤害的症状。结果表明,50℃加热超干燥方法对供试种子安全、有效。

Abstract:By heating ultra-drying at 50℃, the moisture content of four species of vegetable seeds can reach the proper level of super-dry. The result indicated that except cowpea seed, which should be controlled between 2 to 4 days by heating ultra-drying at 50℃, the rest of vegetable seeds have quite strong resistance for high temperature and low moisture content. After the treatment, seed vigor is similar to control or even higher than control, without any harmful symptom. It proved that heating ultra-drying at 50℃ is safe and effective.
