苎麻雄性不育系的感光感温类型初探

摘    要:应用现蕾促进率 ( %)和感温指数来反映 6份苎麻雄性不育系的光温反应特性 ,结果表明 :供试材料的感光性可分为强感光和弱感光 2类 ;其感温性可分为强感温、中感温和弱感温 3类。根据上述 2项指标 ,可将供试材料的光温反应型分为 5类

Abstract:This study aimed at understanding the temperature-light sensitivity of ramie (Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaud.) male sterile lines by observing their development under conditions of different temperature (sowing in spring and summer) and light periods (9.5h/d, 11h/d, 12.5 h/d and natural photo-period treatment respectively). The tested lines were grouped into strong light sensitivity and weak light sensitivity by means of budding promotion ratio of shorter photo-period. While these lines were grouped into strong, intermediate and weak types of temperature sensitivity according to the budding promotion ratio of higher temperature. Combined temperature and light sensitivity, the tested ramie male sterile lines might be grouped into different types. The results would be helpful to using these lines for hybridization.
