摘    要:利用6个微卫星标记对无角陶赛特、蒙古羊及小尾寒羊遗传距离进行了遗传检测,测定了无角陶赛特与小尾寒羊和蒙古羊杂一代公羔六月龄前的日增重及杂种优势率.结果表明:无角陶赛特与小尾寒羊的遗传距离大于与蒙古羊,这与实际的测定结果基本相符.

Abstract:Genetic distance were studied in Poll Dorset,Mongolian sheep and Small Tail Han sheep by using six microsatellite markers.The average daily gain before six months age and heterosis of Mongolian sheep and Small Tail Han sheep with Poll Dorset were tested.The results showed that the genetic distance between Poll Dorset and Small Tail Han sheep was bigger than that between Poll Dorset and Mongolian sheep,and the result was consistent with the testing result on actual heterosis.
