烯效唑(S_(3307))浸种对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生理的影响

摘    要:为了探究生长调节剂S3307处理对黄瓜幼苗抗盐胁迫的生理生化机制,用不同浓度的S3307浸种对盐胁迫下津春3号黄瓜幼苗生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:与非盐胁迫相比,在50 mmol/L的NaCl胁迫下,用S3307不同浓度浸种的黄瓜幼苗株高降低,叶面积变小,根冠比增加,叶片相对含水量、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量下降缓慢。其中20μg/L抗盐效果最佳。

Abstract:Seed of"Jin Chun3"cucumber were soaked in S3307powder at different dosages.The physiochemical and biochemical properties of cucumber seedlings were determined.The purpose was to research the physiochemical and biochemical mechanism of growth regulation S3307 to muskmeloncucumber seedlings with salt resistance.The result indicated that the plant height of seedlings soaked in S3307of different concentration decreased under condition of salt-strees by 50 mmol/LNaCl compared with non salt-stress as well as the leaf area become samll,rate of root-crown increased,the content of relative water,the soluble sugar and Proline slow down.Inbriefly,the treatment soaked in 20μg/L s had best slat-resistant effect.
