超声波协助桔皮总黄酮的提取

摘    要:根据超声波作用机理,采用超声波循环方法提取桔皮中的总黄酮,该方法时间短、效率高,克服了以前提取工艺上的一些缺点,为工业化提取桔皮总黄酮提供了一定的理论依据和技术支撑。

Abstract:Ultrasonic was adopted to extract flavonoids circularly from orange peel according to the principle of ultrasonic function.The lasting time was short,and the efficiency was high with this method which overcame the shortcoming of the former methods.It provided some elements of theory and technology in the application of industry production.
