| 摘 要： | 以济宁市农村居民点为例,首先分析居民点用地现状,指出人均农村居民点面积较大,且空间分布区域差异大等问题;然后,采用灰色预测法和人均用地指标法测算各县市区居民点整理潜力并进行分区分级;最后根据潜力大小和区域自然地理概况提出4种分区的整理模式。

| Abstract: | Taking the case of rural residential areas of Jinan City,this paper firstly analyzed the present situation of rural residential land of Jining and found some evident problems,such as the large rural residential land per capita and the unbalance of regional district;then based on GM(1,1) and land use index per capita,the regionalization potential was calculated.Finally,according to the consolidation potential size and regional physical geographical conditions,four partitioned consolidation modes were put forward. |
