| 摘 要： | 剖析了我国农村金融体系的现状及存在的问题,针对农村金融体系建设、政策扶持力度、信贷管理制度等方面,提出我国农村金融体系的改革建议：建立健全农村金融服务组织体系,加大对农村金融机构政策扶持,改进信贷管理制度,规范非正规金融机构金融行为。

| Abstract: | The paper exposes the status and problems of China rural financial system,and then proposes some reform solutions,such as perfecting the organizational system of rural financial system,enhancing the political support for rural financial institutes,improving the credit management system,and regulating the financial behaviors of the informal financial institutes. |
