化学杀雄剂SQ-1诱导青海高原春小麦雄性不育的初步研究

为了研究化学杀雄剂SQ-1对青海高原春麦区的杀雄效果及不同春小麦品种对SQ-i反应的遗传差异,采用时期为主区、剂量为副区、小麦品种为亚副区的三因素裂区设计方法,对化学杀雄剂SQ-1诱导青海高原春小麦雄性不育的效果进行了研究.结果表明,在Feekes 8.0～Feekes 8.5时期,5.0 kg/hm2剂量下,参试品种均能被诱导产生大于95%的雄性不育率.对参试品种进行人工饱和授粉,其结实率均能达到90%以上,证明SQ-1对雌蕊无明显影响.

Prelimiary Study on the effect of Male Sterility of Spring Wheat in Qinghai Plateau Induced by Chemical Hybridizing Agent SQ-1
