摘    要:应用10对微卫星引物对中国牙鲆一个养殖群体的30个个体进行了群体遗传结构分析。结果显示,微卫星标记比其他标记具有更高的多态性,10个微卫星座位的等位基因数在4~10之间,有效等位基因数在2.23~5.82之间,平均等位基因数为7.6,群体平均杂合度为0.6960,Hardy-weinberg遗传偏离指数的平均值为0.1774。

Abstract:We examined population genetic structure using 10 microsatellite markers among 30 individuals of the cultured Japanese flounder stock. The results showed that the microsatellite marker was highly informative. All of the 10 microsatellite loci screened in this study showed marked polymorphism. The numbers of the alleles and effective alleles ranged from 4 to 10, and from 2.23 to 5.82, respectively. The average numbers of the allele and effective allele are 7.6 and 3.66. The average heterozygosity and average Hardy-weinberg departure value of the cultured flounder stock are 0. 696 0 and 0. 177 4, respectively.
