摘    要:对采自不同地点的5份象草(Pennisetum purpureumSchum ach)材料进行了减数分裂过程及植物学性状观察。结果表明,象草减数分裂中期I的染色体均为2n=28,多出现后期桥现象,中期I染色体的构型和染色体间的形态都极相似,以二价体为主且多为环状,单价体极少;它们的植物学特征有一定差异,但一些基本性状基本一致,认为它们为象草的不同居群。在此基础上讨论了它们的进化。

Abstract:The meiosis and botanical characters of five plants in Pennisetum purpureum Schumach that collected from different localities were observed. The results showed that the chromosome numbers were 2n=28. Chromosome bridges were observed in three plants at anaphase I, both their chromosome configurations and chromosomal characters were similar at metaphase I, and most of the pairing chromosomes were bivalents in the form of rings, few of them were monovalents. Botanical differences were observed and the main characters were similar. It can be concluded that these plants are different populations in P.purpureum Schumach. The evolution of P.purpureum Schumach was discussed in this paper.
