油菜双重不育系花蕾中糖和蛋白质代谢特点

摘    要:以甘蓝型油菜细胞质不育(CMS)和细胞核不育(GMS)为对照,对油菜双重不育系(CCDMS)品系 GCDA - 2 花蕾中糖和蛋白质的含量进行测定。结果表明,CCDA - 2 与 CMS 和 GMS 相似,比其相应的保持系都有较高的糖和较低的蛋白质含量,表明花粉败育的同时,营养代谢也发生了紊乱。CMS 与 GMS 的差异达极显著水平GCDA 群体则介于二者之间,核不育株 GCDA - 2HA 与 GMS 在糖和蛋白质的表达上是一致的,而与 CMS 有一定差异;GCDA 中质不育株 GCDA- 2BA 与 CMS 相似,而与 GMS 的保持系完全不同;说明在 GCDA 中,当双隐性核不育基因呈杂合状态时,细胞质不育核基因对糖、氮代谢起作用当两套不育系统的核基因都起作用时,代谢倾向于细胞核不育系的特点。

Abstract:Contents of saccharide and protein in flower buds of GCDA2, a GCDMS (genic + cytoplasmic double male sterility) line of rape (Brassica napus L.) were determined and compared with those of CMS and GMS lines. Similar to the GMS and CMS lines, GCDA2 had higher saccharide content and lower protein content in their flower buds than its maintainer, suggesting that disorder in nutriem metabolism occurred during pollen abortion. Highly significant differences were observed between the CMS line and the GMS line in saccharide and protein contents in their flower buds, and GCDA appeared in between. It is inferred from the study that when the nucleus recessive male sterile genre of GMS in GCDA are homozygous, the nucleus genes of GMS has priority in their expression and when they are heterozygous, the nucleus recessive gene of CMS can be expressed.
