Historical Experience and Enlightenment of Development of Agricultural Leading Enterprise-Wen' s Group

The Wen＇s Group,Guangdong Agricultural Leading Enterprise,has been expanding rapidly in just 27 years,which has great influence in local area and even in the whole country;it has been providing the impetus to 40,000 farming households and leading more than 200,000 people on the thriving road of poultry industry.As a result,farmers have stable income and enjoy their rich lives;rural infrastructure has been improved;and the New Socialist Rural Construction has taken an important step forward.This article reviews the 27-year-history of development of the Wen＇s Group by analyzing its modes of management,organization,production and technology;summing up its historical achievements;summarizing its historical experience and enlightening the New Rural Construction;and providing ideas and examples for the development of agricultural enterprises and New Rural Construction.
