摘    要:用RAPD技术研究了桑属9种材料基因组DNA的多态性,获得了9种材料基因组DNA的指纹图谱,并估算了遗传距离,绘出了系统树状图。探讨了桑属9个种的亲缘关系和进化分类。

Abstract:RAPD technique was applied to study the genomic DNA polymorphisms of nine materials,which belong to nine species in Morus L. The genomic fingerprints of the nine materials were obtained.By calculating genetic distance,we constructed upGMA dendrogram. Additionally,the genetic relationships of the nine species were discussed.
