| 摘 要： | 素质教育本身具有满足人的生存和发展需要的属性，其着力点在于关注人的价值和发展。建构主义是构建创新教育模式的理论基础，现代教育技术是当代教育的制高点。真正意义上的素质教育，必须在整个社会经济、政治、化和社会心理体系的协同发展中进行。
