硝酸盐及重金属对蔬菜的污染研究

摘    要:对连云港市7个蔬菜品种的58个蔬菜样品中的硝酸盐和重金属含量进行了研究.结果表明.连云港市菜地中硝酸盐和重金属含量因蔬菜种类不同,差异较大,部分地区硝酸盐超标率达到75%.而Pb的超标率达到100%,硝酸盐和重金属含量最高的为叶类菜,最低的为茄科类.各种蔬菜硝酸盐和重金属含量总的趋势为绿叶菜类>根菜类>葱蒜类>茄果类,可见以根、茎、叶营养器官供食的蔬菜均属硝酸盐和重金属蓄积型,而以果实供食的蔬菜则常为低富集.

Abstract:7 varieties of 58 fresh vegetable samples were tested to identify pollution-tolerant vegetable varieties.The results showed that the concentration of nitrate and heavy metals is different among the species in vegetable fields of Lianyungang,the superscale rate of nitrate is arrived by 75%,and the superscale rate of Pb is arrived by 100%,the most concentration of nitrate and heavy metals is leaf-vegetables,the lowest is eggplant.The trend of concentration of nitrate and heavy metals as follow:green-leaf-vege...
